The Gods Among Us
The gods were never truly gone. Their names, whispered in legend and carved into myth, endured across the ages. Long before the rise of heroes, before Paragon City became the battleground of titans, the divine watched from afar, their influence fading as mortal belief waned. Yet, when Xyon’s presence rippled across the cosmos, something ancient stirred. The crystalline entity was no stranger to these celestial beings—Xyon’s arrival on Earth was not its first encounter with the divine. Throughout the ages, it had walked among them, an ally to the great pantheons, a guardian alongside the gods themselves. Though Xyon was neither mortal nor divine, it had stood with them in forgotten wars against forces beyond human comprehension.
Now, as chaos rose once more, that alliance was rekindled.
From the halls of Olympus to the halls of Valhalla, from the temples of the Ennead to the forgotten realms beyond, the gods awakened once more. No longer content to be relics of the past, they recognized the need to act. The balance between order and chaos was tipping, and with the universe itself at stake, they would not remain idle. Thus, they descended—not as rulers, not as deities, but as allies.
Imbued with divine essence, warriors were chosen to serve as their champions, forming a new force within the Danger Rangers—the Pantheon Force. These were no mere mortals; they were vessels of celestial power, carrying the legacies of the gods themselves.
The A Squad, known as the Olympians, was led by Zeus Danger Ranger, his presence an unshakable force of command. At his side, the Triton, Apollo, Athena, Ares, Eros, Hermes, and Hera Rangers carried forth the will of the ancient Greek pantheon, embodying their unmatched might and wisdom.
The B Squad, blessed by the Norse Gods, was no less formidable. With Loki Danger Ranger walking the line between chaos and strategy, and Baldr, Thor, Freyr, Freyja, Odin, Frigg, and Tyr Rangers wielding the strength of Asgard, they brought forth a warrior's fury and an unbreakable will to the battlefield.
But divinity is not bound to one culture alone. The C Squad, chosen by the Ennead, carried with them the will of the ancient Egyptian gods. Sutekh Danger Ranger ruled over the storms of war, while Horus, Ra, Thoth, Hathor, Anubis, Osiris, and Aset Rangers represented the balance of life, death, and wisdom itself.
Though they hail from different pantheons, the Pantheon Force stands as one. No longer distant figures of myth, they have stepped forward to shape the future, ensuring that Earth and the cosmos beyond do not fall into ruin. Bound by their sacred oaths, they fight not as gods—but as Rangers.
Because even the divine must answer when the universe calls.
