1. Introduction

The Danger Rangers Supergroup is committed to fostering a respectful, welcoming, and fun environment for all players of City of Heroes. As a member of this community, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct, which applies in-game, on our forums, and in any related Discord channels.

To ensure a positive environment, please remember these key points:

  • Administrator and Game Master Authority: Instructions from Danger Rangers Administrators or Game Masters override anything in this document. Please follow their directions immediately and without hesitation.
  • Fair Play: Do not attempt to exploit game mechanics or community rules in ways that wouldn’t be permitted on official servers.
  • Intent Matters: We enforce this Code of Conduct based on intent. If it is determined that you’re trying to break the rules or harm the community, appropriate actions will be taken. If a violation is accidental, we will be more lenient.

2. General Guidelines

  • Keep Your Information Private: Never share personal information (your own or others’) in any public or private channel. Danger Rangers staff will never ask for your personal details unless it’s necessary for account recovery.
  • Protect Your Account: Never share your login details with anyone. If you're experiencing an issue, we may ask for your account name but will never ask for your password.
  • Help Maintain the Community: If you encounter negative behavior, use appropriate in-game tools to block or ignore the user. Report any serious infractions to the community moderators for investigation. Avoid escalating issues by engaging in arguments.
  • Spread Positivity: Encourage fellow players and help out wherever you can. Collaboration and support are the lifeblood of the Danger Rangers.

3. Conduct Guidelines

  • Respect Others: Do not abuse or harass other players, community staff, or members from other gaming groups. If someone asks you to stop, you must comply.

  • No Spamming: Refrain from excessive, irrelevant, or annoying messaging in any of the community spaces.
  • Maintain Privacy: Do not attempt to obtain, share, or exploit anyone else’s personal information. This includes doxxing or any other attempts to uncover private details.
  • No Impersonation: Do not impersonate other players, staff members, or real-world individuals. This includes using similar names or creating fake profiles.
  • Obey the Profanity Filter: Do not try to bypass in-game or community profanity filters by using numbers, symbols, or alternative spellings.
  • Avoid Cheating: Do not use cheats, exploits, or any form of automation software to gain unfair advantages in-game. Report any exploits you find immediately to the staff.

About The Danger Rangers

The Danger Rangers are a group of Power Ranger fans who have come together within the game City of Heroes. We proudly refer to our supergroup as “Kagami Sentai,” which translates to “Mirror Task Force” or "Mirror Squadron." This signifies that The Danger Rangers are a homage incarnation or alternate universe Sentai Force, existing in their own mirrored world within the City of Heroes with no impact or connection to the official Power Rangers franchise or intellectual property and trademarks.
